Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
If the Company is requested by the person to suspend or erase the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") because the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or because it was obtained by improper means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

The Company shall notify the user without delay when the Company suspends the use of personal information based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when the decision is made not to suspend the use of personal information.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if Suspension of Use, etc. requires a large amount of expense or it is difficult to carry out Suspension of Use, etc., and if alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, the Company shall take such alternative measures.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except for matters stipulated otherwise in laws and regulations or this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
